We employ a method of interaction with our visitors that does not compromise credit card information. This online system is 100% secure. We also use Paypal, one of the most widely accepted forms of payment.
We encourage you to feel comfortable using your credit card to conduct commerce on our site. If you wish, you may also send us a Postal Order (only) or a personal cheque. Personal cheques will delay your order as we must wait for your funds to clear before we ship any merchandise.
Please allow an additional 7-10 business days for shipping of your merchandise if paid by personal check. To order by cheque, just email us the items you would like and your shipping address. We will send you a bill for them.

Return / Refund Policy
Every item we sell is carefully inspected before it is shipped. If you are not satisfied with the goods and inform us within seven days of your receipt of the goods, we will arrange to collect them (the whole order) and give a full refund LESS A 15% RESTOCKING FEE.
We will exchange items if they are faulty on delivery to you and we are notified within 10 days of the customers receipt of the product. All products to be returned must be carefully repackaged in their original
packing.
If an Item is received DAMAGED or BROKEN EMAIL MELONIE AT POSTMASTER@SHOPTHECOOP.COM SO THAT WE CAN FILE A CLAIM AND REPLACE THE ITEM. PLEASE KEEP THE BROKEN ITEM IN CASE UPS OR USPS CONTACTS YOU REGARDING THE PACKAGE AND NEEDS TO INSPECT

HenSpa's Are Not Returnable. Shop The Coop does not manufacture or own Henspa and we are a wholesale distributor for this product. Returns can not be accepted due to shipping costs.
We can not accept any chicken coop kits, Tuffclimate coops or Henspa returns. You must deal directly with the manufacturer with any defects with this product, and a customer service number will be provided for assistance with assembly, or any other product needs.

Technical Product Details
Flat Panel Coop Heater
The heater is for use in any standard outlet, and uses 120 volts, 3.3 amps or 400 watts of power. It measures 23 1/4 inch wide, 23 1/4 inch tall and 3/8 inch thick. It weights 15 lbs and has a 6 ft power
cord.
This product has a built in overheat protection system. If the heater overheats, it will automatically shut off the power.
Has an on off switch, and should b e cleaned regularly by dusting it off. Disconnect electricity and allow the heater to cool before wiping. Do not use detergent or scrape the surface, just water will clean this just
fine.
Unit surface temperature is hot, do not touch. Use caution with any heating device. Do not use this outdoors. You can mount it as close as 6 inches to the floor.
Wall mounting instructions:
There are already holes drilled through the heater, you only need to insert screws into the holes, and screw into your wall or coop. Manufactured by

Poultry Nesting Box Heater/Water Defroster both 12X12 inch, and 18X18 inch
These items are handmade and invented by Shop The Coop, Patent. Designed to be left on for extended periods of time during the cold. These coop heaters are made of ceramic and should not be used if cracked. The center of the tile heater will heat to around 70 degrees, after approximately 1 hour. The heaters edges do not get hot, so you should not expect them to. We will replace this heater if it does not heat, within 1 year of purchase date. You should not get these heaters wet, however they can be wiped clean. Attach the optional sticky legs to the bottom to allow air circulation on the
heater.
The 12 inch heater uses 16 amps, and the large 18 inch uses 20 amps.

Metal Heater Base and Waterer
Plugs into a 110 Volt outlet. Uses 125 watts of electric and comes fully assembled. Place on flat surface and plug into a GFCI outlet. 3 prong grounded electrical cord and thermostat control that automatically turns on and off for economical operation. Prevents water from freezing at temperatures as low as 10 degrees fahrenheit in metal founts, bowls and
pans.
Use only in a dry sheltered area. Do not place cord or heater base near
water. Unplug heater at receptacle when not in use. Store heater base indoors when not in use.
Use our Metal Poultry Waterer, as Metal retains heat better than plastic. Plastic should not be used on this, and plastic waterer's crack when they freeze.
Temperature Controller
Should be used with any combination of heaters, not exceeding 500 watts. 12 month product
warranty.
Insert heating plugs in the temp controller. You can adjust the thermostat to range temps from 70 up. Remote 6 ft sensor cable, allows you to move this where you need to. Model RT 500R. Has a polarized plug to reduce any chance of electrical shock. You can turn the thermostat up or down to maintain desired
temperature.

Heated Water Bowls
Uses 25 watts of power for the small bowl, 30 watts for the larger.
If using an extension cord, it should be grounded. Route the power supply cord and the bowl so it is protected from pets and livestock. Always inspect cord prior to use. Unplug when not in use. Wash with water and do not use bleach. Do not plug uint in if water can be heard in the units
housing.
